About Us EquiFeast is a new venture (May 2005) of Vetafarm Europe Ltd. Vetafarm has been a very successful player in animal nutrition since 1994 and exports products all over the world. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. This shopping cart uses 128 bit encryption however you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail if you prefer. sales@equifeast.com.

Shipping And Handling All orders attract a delivery charge of £4.00. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including these postcodes: IV, HS, KA2-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) £12.50 for the first 24kg of net product, £8.90 for each additional 24kg or part thereof.

It is now possible for us to despatch goods to BFPO addresses:

BFPO Addresses: £15.00 per parcel

(max. weight All BFPOs with the exception of HM Ships, Op Telic & Op. Herrick is 24kg; HM Ships: BFPO's 200 to 499 and rest 9kg).

All BFPO carrigae costs will be adjusted when we process your order in our office.

Delivery Schedule If we receive your order by 14.30 we normally despatch it the same day (Monday - Friday). Most orders are despatched on Parcelforces 48 hour service (2 working days). Orders weighing less than 2 kgs are sent by Royal mail second class. For a premium of £1.80 we will use Parcelforce next day or Royal mail First class.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Most products are VAT free. Those that are chargable are indicated. VAT is incorporated into the delivery charges.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee Because our products are designed to deal with specific issues we cannot guarantee that they will always solve your problem. If you are not satisfied pleae contact us to discuss your particular issue.
