Feast/supplements orders exceeding £25 (product value) can have up to 20kg of seed added for our standard delivery charge of £4.00. All other orders and seed only orders are subject to a carriage charge of £7.00 per 28kg or part thereof (£10.50 for Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland).

Overseas shipping costs vary. Please note that for destinations outside the European Union any duties and taxes or costs associated with customs clearance, health regulations etc are to be paid by the customer.Delivery Schedule Orders that are received with payment before 2.30pm GMT are sent out the same day. Standard postage within the UK is by Royal Mail 2nd class (3-5 working days) for small orders and ParcelForce (48 hour) for orders over 1kg in weight. For an extra £1.99 we will despatch goods by first class post or ParceForce (1-3 working days). We do not guarantee the delivery performance of our couriers or the Royal Mail.
We use a variety of different couriers for international orders so that we can keep prices as low as possible. Delivery times are usually around 7-14 days.
