Judy became a new customer in late August 2010 and kindly kept a diary of her experiences. As you will see the loading period was quite a roller coaster. Though this doesn't happen with many horses it is certainly not unusual. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the fundamental biology but as you can see persistence paid off for Judy.
