Eventing - Clare Wilson

Eventers have particular problems with concentration in
the dressage phase. This letter explains how our Cool, Calm & Collected (incorporated into WINNINGEDGE) really helped De Beer's
Dominic.
Now he has switched to WINNINGEDGE Gold and
this has given him benefits in the health area.
Dear EquiFeast,
I thought I would let you know how pleased I am with the Cool, Calm & Collected. I have been feeding it to my horse now for 5 ½ months and it has worked a treat. De Beer's Dominic (Dominic to his mates!) is a 16.2, WB x TB who is a grade one eventer (advanced) and a grade B show jumper. For some time now I have failed to get him to relax in his dressage, always tense and would never walk! I have tried various calmers to no effect. We also had a crashing fall in 2005 which affected our confidence in each other and this led to problems with jumping into water and we were stopping in the show jumping on a regular basis. I bought your trial pack back in February and on the 2nd day of feeding it we came 2nd in a 1.20m open, and even convinced a friend to go and buy some Cool, Calm & Collected for her horse the very next day! We are now a very happy, confident combination who went to Aldon horse trials, open intermediate and jumped clear xc with 3 water jumps. We have qualified for 2 show jumping national finals (welsh masters & Amateur finals). And to top it all we took part in our 1st BD medium dressage and came 2 nd (need I say more!).
Thank you again

Hi Malcolm and team,
It's Clare Wilson here, sorry it's been so long but I thought I would update you as to how it has gone this past year. Dominic (de Beers Dominic) had a slight injury to his suspensory ligament end of 2007 so he had 6 months off, so as a result I went out and bought his half sister 'Tong' now known as de Beers Daytona. She was a 5 year old at the time and all she had done was hack, having never cantered under saddle! First thing I did was put her on WINNINGEDGE and now just 15 months later we are aiming for our second season British Eventing having been well placed at intro and pre-novice including completing a pre-novice 3 day event!
She is also turning out to be very good at pure dressage with a win at novice last time out and we have 3 double clears at British novice (BSJA) - hoping to get our 4th soon so we can go to the regional final. Dominic is now back in full work and I am hoping to sell him. The leg has healed really well, even better than vet had expected (WINNINGEDGE must have helped!). He jumped into grade A last week! My other rides are also going great, Mellway Precious Rose (Petal) was arab horse society performance horse of the year 2007 and we have our fingers crossed while we wait for 2008 results, but with a 3rd at Aldon pre-novice 3 day event and a win at elementary at the pet plan regional finals (British dressage) she must be in with a good chance. Just Maybe is also going really well (he is the horse belonging to Sarah Tancock who we couldn't ride in warm up arena's) he still has a temper and will VERY occasionally throw his toys out the pram but on the whole is a new horse, he has just jumped out of British novice and has jumped a few newcomers.
I
will try and send you some photos of the team. As of the 8th March
things will change again as I am going self employed (staying at same
yard) so hopefully will get the
horses out even more. Will definitely be
recommending Equifeast to all my new customers.Dear EquiFeast,
